Great, deal. I just bought this a week ago for 28 dollars more and it was worth it then too. It does way more than I expected it could, though just for computing and tasks... Haven't tried any games yet.

Ive been debating for a long time how to upgrade from my Raspberry Pi server to something else. I prefer to run OpenMediaVault and use about 8 containers under that including Plex, Home Assistant, and others. I know that this AMD likely wouldn't transcode for Plex all that well, but otherwise would this be a good option to migrate my server to? Appreciate any insights ya'll might have.

I'm assuming these are still a bad choice for plex transcoding. Wanting to pick up a minipc for the occasional transcoding, but n97/n100/n150 options are around $250-$300 now. AMD options like this are obviously much more powerful, and comparatively a much better buy; but then if lags behind in transcoding, it defeats one of its intended purposes. Anyone have any insight? Haven't kept up with transcoding capabilities of various options.

It can work: https://www.newegg.com/insider/bu...mini-x600/

Intel is going to be better, but if you're using this for only occasional transcoding but mainly productivity functions, it's going to be much stronger than the n* processors.
