These seem to be happening almost every week lately. Finding them in store has been more difficult though, I assume based on if you're in a "competitive" area.

Sometimes they have backstock inside of the little kiosk they hang them on. You can ask them to look in it. Then you can see how to check it on your own next time. It's just a hinged door.

Yes. Online gambling will not take credit card as deposit. But some will take DEBIT cards for deposit. I don't know any that will take Visa. But the MasterCard works for several. That's the only difference I found. Other than that, they are the same.
