But really it's apples and oranges. Or should I say steak and chicken? Tech product vs professional kitchen tool.

I have 2 Thermomavens and a Thermapen that I've had for a few years. The Thermomaven is every bit as well made, it's faster and just as accurate. There's simply no reason to pay these prices for a Thermapen.

Lol everytime someone mention Theromaven, they get 2 thumbs down.

Thermomaven is actually better than this. Unless you want to pay an extra $60 to get placeboed into thinking it's faster and more accurate lol
