I draped my whole bedroom with cooling blankets - and now my bedroom is cool even on hottest days without using costly A/C!
Issue that i found was it was so slippery and light that it wouldn't stay on your body in the night. If you move on your bed then this is not for you.

Your issue is caused by cooling blanket cooling you too much, so your body in the night tried to naturally get some extra heat in your bed. In the night.
