This tool is basically expecting a 4ah or better. Even if they advertise it along with a 2ah and charger. That's just asking for complaints.

The first time you use it, it will be tough, a fight, some batteries will fall. Persevere and you will be rewarded. After doing it once the hard way, the rest of the summer you just kinda drag it along the edge channel you made prior and it'll cut that same edge with much less of a fight. I'm not sure how mine is still working. I've been trying to kill it for years. Mine does a really good job on my edge, but it is at the expense of learning how with this tool. It really actually does a good job after you suffer through the first pass.
