Yeah, so it's $149 + whatever the cost of the silver plan is, right?
Guess you'll need to update the pricing, as it's kinda misleading and not showing the total cost involved!

No need to remain on Silver Plan to meet unlock, could go lower.
12-month plans are lower priced if paid in advance.

$149 + $45 + 1 year $360 plan = $554.

Sounds pretty good for 13 months service and a new phone.

I do deals like this every few years to get a new phone. My current prepaid deal phone is a unlocked 13...looks like it could bring around $200. That would make this around $350 for phone and 13 months service. service i value around $250 so around $100 for me to get a new phone.

Thanks for posting this. I haven't kept up with ST deals and was unaware they changed unlocking policy. 365 days is a total deal killer. I guess I'm done with ST moving forward. Too bad, they had some decent offers back in the day.

Is there any way to find a Walmart that offers in-store activation? I feel like I tried last year for the 13 deal but no one offered it so it was the full retail price.
