Be extra cautious with products from Chinese-owned companies that are used with food or beverages, especially when there is little or no meaningful foreign oversight, as product-safety practices and business ethics may fall short of modern standards. At a minimum, the company should have an established office and substantial assets in the US to provide some assurance and meaningful recourse in the event of a safety dispute.
BTW, the seller, Morpilot [amazon.com], listed a residential address on its Amazon seller page. It could be a small business, a shell company, or an unverified address.
Alternatively, Urnex Cafiza is a more established and trustworthy option for cleaning automatic coffee machines, and it's also cheaper per tablet.

For descaling, vinegar or Lemi Shine Detergent Booster [amazon.com] may be a better alternative.Now, what you use is debatable and no SDer should be suckered into these tablets, especially from a Chinese company such as this one. Citric Acid or Dezcal both do the job far more cheaply and I have used the same bottle of Dezcal for many years. Just have to keep it de-clumped.
