Good deal... unfortunately it's Amazon Resale; it's a complete gamble. Basically roll a dice and your chances of getting a six is about what your chances are of actually getting a "like new" item. Not worth the time and effort IMO. Amazon Resale's a joke now.

True... But video your unboxing. Cuz trying to tell customers service that you received a curling iron instead of the shiny (like) new headphones you ordered becomes a ridiculous pain in the ass. Ask me how I know.
Consider yourself lucky then, my friend. Or perhaps I'm extremely unlucky. Back maybe a decade ago, I could say the same, but of the 5 or so "Used - Like New" items I've ordered in the past 2 years, only 1 was actually like new. One wasn't even successfully delivered, and the rest were either nowhere near even decent condition (let alone like new), or was some junk replacement in the box.
Man, prices on these keep going down and down... there seems to be an endless supply of barely-used returns from multiple sellers. Seems like sales are not going great for Sony.
Is the XM6 the version with the crappy hinges? Or was that the XM5?
I've had my XM3's for years, I love them. I've replaced the ear cups, battery, and charging port; all repairs were cheap and easy. I've also heard the the newer models are generally harder to repair....
Yall are brave lol. Too many horror stories with Amazon used/resale
I can attest to Amazon Resale/Warehouse open box as I've purchased 50+ items from them over the years. While 9/10 times, there are no issues, item is in better condition than expected, or issues can easily be resolved via chat, the other 1/10 can be a major headache. Two recent experiences that stand out to me over the past 12 months include:
1. Apple AirPods Pro 2 open box like new: came in terribly used condition, box was AirPods Pro 2 but the actual case and earphones were clearly the AirPods Pro 1 version. I took photos, I chatted and provided my photos, and then returned them. After about 60 days, they determined I must have kept the AirPods Pro 2 and lied to them. I did not get my refund back. I did not do a charge back out of fear they would ban me and/or my address.
2. Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Bluetooth gaming headset open box like new: received a completely different branded headset that was wired. Condition was disgustingly dirty, sticky, and pleather was disintegrating. It was missing all other parts/accessories too. I took a video and photos this time, chatted, and submitted my proof. They provided me a refund after 30-60 days.
Lost $150ish the first time, and sure I got my refund the second time around, but it such a headache.
Amazon resale is awesome! Use it all the time, if you loose return the item for free. In this case I picked up what appears to be brand new XM6 packaging was perfect, headphones are perfect couldn't be happier for 50% off!

Let people sleep on this if they want.
It's a godly deal in my opinion.
