Highest step is almost 35" high, so back of the envelope says if you're 5 to 6 feet tall, you would be ok up to an 10' ceiling, like for putting in a screw eye. Maybe you have a better envelope though?

Edit - I keep thinking a 5 stepper would be better for my 10' ceilings.

These listed weights are 100% fake and unverified. Similar ones from reputable brands max out at 300lbs.

If you are 5'6" tall and standing on a 35-inch (2'11") high ladder, your maximum comfortable overhead reach is about 10 feet to 10 feet 6 inches from the floor, assuming an average arm reach roughly 1'6" to 2' higher than your head. [1]
Calculating Your Reach

• Your height: 5'6" (66 inches) flat on the ground.
• Standing height on ladder: 35 inches (2'11") off the ground.
• Eye/shoulder level add-on: Standing at 5'6", your overhead reach while standing flat on the floor is typically around 7'0" to 7'6".
• Total height added: Adding the 35-inch ladder height to a ~7'3" standing overhead reach puts your fingertips right around 10'2". [1, 2]
