Size up at least 1 size. I'm a size 10 in every Nike shoe and the 10s felt like baby shoes. Bought a different color way but returned and did not buy again. I really wanted to like them.

I personally paid full price for the Hoka Ora Recovery 3's after doing a ton of research. The Rejuven8 are not as "bad" as Oofoos (squishy) slides but can still exacerbate plantar fasciitis for some and lead to back or knee pain for others.

Hoka recovery slides are firmer with better arch and heel support and were recommended higher than the Rejuven8 by multiple (un-sponsored) podiatrists on YouTube.

I agree, if you want to wear these with socks then sizing up is more comfortable.
