Pros:
- Great battery life
- You get a couple additional charges in the case
- Different size buds come with it.
- USB-C so re-charges quickly
Cons:
- One earbud is so quiet I can't barely hear out of it (yes I've tried cleaning it and made sure it's charged.
- The mic picks up background noise, my Q30's do not).
- Durability, one fell out of my ear while exercising and the earbud split open at the seam. It still works, but need to reglue it.
- Can only connect to one device, will always reconnect to the last device if both have Bluetooth on (could be a pro for some).
- Does have touch controls for your playlist, but I don't think you can change the volume, that can old be done on the device it's connected to.
Not sure exactly why, but the pins seem to make intermittent contact after a while so I'll occasionally get a earbud that is nearly drained. Making the matter worse, they will automatically connect to my phone when this happens which will cause me to lose connection to whatever else my phone is already connected to.
This seems to be a common problem with cheap earbuds. I don't know if the more expense airpods or galaxy buds are much better.
Could be my Pixel 7, laptop, etc., but most earbuds I use at this price point are terrible for conversations, video conferences.
I see people all the time with AirBuds on video conferences and YT videos, so it must be the brand.
Get Airbuds or higher end ear buds (like Samsung, Sony, Skull Candy) if you are using ear buds for more than music.
Be sure to test them with the CAMERA APP on your laptop.
Mic is ok, I'm told it picks up background noise. Sound is ok, heavy bass with muted mids and highs. These headphones are not for audiophiles.
