I have a prime store card but the extra 20% is not being reflected at checkout, it has text in the "learn more" area but the total calculation doesn't show this particular discount at all. I'm going to pull the trigger but if it doesn't immediately retroactively apply it I'll cancel.

It's not a discount, you get cash back on your credit card statement

This is for prime store card as well as the visa. I checked the rewards/benefits and transaction history and it's currently showing as 0. This might well take a little time to reflect but the delivery is tomorrow. I'll give it a day or two to show up as a cash back reward before calling customer service. It hasn't clearly mentioned it anywhere in the order or receipt so I just want to be sure it took effect since normally you can immediately verify things like discounts due to code use etc. obviously cashback is different.

Whatever amount your card gets charged, once it posts, you'll earn 25% cash back in rewards on that card, which you can then cash out as a statement credit. This is always how these Prime Card item-specific promotions work. The calculation won't be seen at the checkout stage or in your Orders section.
See attached screenshot on the offer terms and what was presented at checkout.
At checkout, right under the eligible item, there is a clickable arrow saying "Additional reward details".
If you click that, you'll see a pop-up of the 25% offer's terms (as seen in the right side of the screenshot).
As long as you did pay with the Amazon credit card that is eligible for the offer (and not with gift credit, for instance), you will get the 25% cash back, on whatever amount was charged to the card.
It even does say in the terms "The extra % Back will post to your account within a week of the transaction posting, and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement and be available for use within 1-2 billing cycles."
In my experience, I do get that amount posted within a week of the transaction, as the terms state.
To check for that, you'll have to login to Chase and go to the Reward details of that card, which will show the "25% earn" for that transaction and its # of points posted.
For example, for a recent $88.27 Amazon purchase I did of a similar 25% promotion (using the Amazon Chase card), I got "2,206.75 pts" posted (i.e. equal to $22.07 cash back)
Again, I have done these 25% promos multiple times (at least a dozen or so in the last 6 months), and have never failed to have the promos post.

Fantastic price. I use this to record my dozen Tapo cameras. I bought an ssd hard drive to go inside. With the app you can identify people and it will let you know if someone is recognized/verified or not. Highly recommend, especially at this price.

Thank you. At this price I wanted as many Tapo users to see it as possible!
I agree, it is wonderful at seamlessly recording and storing from the 7 Tapo cameras (four are 4K and three are 1080p) and 1 doorbell (2K) that I have, while providing peace of mind that even if someone were to try to break a camera, steal it, or steal the microSD card inside, this would still record all of that (from Inside the home) and you'd have the evidence of that happening and be able to retrieve it. For this price it's pretty much a no-brainer for those in this ecosystem.
