Would love to hear your thoughts. With the top speed of 28 mph it should work for most people in most cities. I really like the fact that it has the rear seat extender with foot pegs for a possible rear passenger. Also like the fact that it has dual suspension. This one's hard to beat at this price if you're interested in this form factor.

That battery pack looks just like the Ridstar, which the government has issued a warning to not use due fires. Manufacturer changed names, and is not responding to the recall.

We bought one of these for my son in law and I've had it up to 31 mph. However at 31mph it doesn't feel like the most stable thing out there. It felt a little shaky and ready to do tank slappers.

Wow, looks like loads of difference. The link to your bike shows:

1) You have no warranty vs. 2 year warranty
2) You have no returns vs 15 day returns
3) You have the obsolete architecture 36v/13a versus much larger, modern 48v/20a
4) Your speed and distance will be VERY limited with only 36v/13a. About half the distance…..it's just math. You have 468ah vs. 1,056ah for this bike.
5) Your rear seat cannot accommodate rear passengers vs this bike with extended seat and rear pegs.
6) Your rear suspension is the cheap single shock under seat, vs 2 shock real suspension.
7) Your bike has no turn signals vs. this bike with them included.
8) Your bike has 16" wheels vs. 20" wheels. Smaller wheels are likely good for riders under 5'6'. Are you very short or maybe a teenager. This could be just fine for you. But not for 6 foot adults.
9) You paid $350 + tax = $385 to drive slower and shorter distances, with limited rear suspension, no turn signals, tiny wheels and no provisions for a rear passenger and really bad rear shock setup.

Other than that you got a good starter bike that'll get you to the convenience store and back…….. maybe. I would not recommend that $385 bike for an adult male 5'10" or taller, over 175 lbs or more and especially not if you want to carry a passenger.

Would love to hear your real world experience, and most especially see a picture of an adult human on a bike this small. Either way it'll be good for learning or maybe just a laugh.

Strange, TailHappy was fine in the video, he was riding no-handed at one point. Called the brakes very good as well.

Not sure what you're talking about?This bike is 48v.There is a warranty.It has free returns.And it's 1000w motor and 1500w peak.The seat fits two people (i do it all the time)Wheels are 20x4.Rear suspension is dual coil.And the list goes on. Not sure what you're looking at?

Not according to your link. Maybe you posted a bad link? That's the problem with a lot of these AliExpress stores. Unfortunately you can't trust him, especially on larger ticket items. Try the link, see what you get.

Yeah, like I said, that's the problem with these AliExpress stores. Apparently that bike doesn't exist anymore. Looks like that would've been a decent bike but clearly a smaller battery no seat extension for rear passengers and no turn signals. But like you said a really good cheap bike for someone just starting out.

BATTERY - 48v15a = 720ah vs 48v/22a = 1056ah so you have about a 30% smaller battery. TailHappy projected about 25 miles from his ride at mostly full speed no peddling. Your bike should be around 17 miles with that battery size. And no pedaling. Again a good, cheap, starter bike with limited range and carrying capacity.

The brakes are excellent. And I'm used to going 30mph on electric bikes/scooters. But the Ranger didn't feel as solid as most I've ridden.
