This is a good deal, and I believe it's a pricing error. Reason being is that Home Depot typically doesn't have BOGOs with items that are already significantly marked down. For these bundles, I believe the price they meant to set was full retail at $179, but you get the starter kit for free. For DeWalt in particular, a good deal is 35% off or more These deals are nearly 60% off.

I ordered the circular saw plus starter kit last Saturday and picked up the saw in store that day to lock it in because I thought it was a mistake. The starter kit just arrived in store yesterday. There was around 780 of the starter kits available when I ordered.
