Under the "Free Gift With Purchase" text, there's a link that says "Shop this Deal". That's where you add the battery. You can also add the starter kit and this saw to your cart separately, but then see the discount once both have been added.

The reduced price of each item will appear on the checkout page. I usually order for pickup at two different stores. I pick up the wanted item and do not pick up the unwanted item. The order for the unwanted item should automatically be canceled after 7 days or you can call the store to cancel the order.
