This is half what I pay as a decades long customer. Anyone know if it will be released to existing customers in the future or has anyone had luck switching to this even though the promo is for new customers?

You can always ask if they will you give you this promo, it's worth a try. The only negative is these promos are always written as termed for new customers and never for existing ones so chances are high you'll get denied. you might get lucky and get an agent or supervisor in a good mood. New customers are more valuable to these companies than existing ones. Customer loyalty doesn't mean much these days, that's why I don't bundle anything since it's makings it that much harder to go elsewhere. Once a service contract is over, it's usually always in your best interest to look for a new provider and take advantage of whatever promo they're running to attract new customers.

Call Customer service, and request them saying you have better offers by competitors advertised in neighborhood, they'll hold you off and try to if there is anything they can add but its usually getting down 10 or 20, sometime nothing. Then request them to forward the call to loyalty team, this is where a kind request can go a long way sometimes close to 60% off on fiber for certain period. All the best

Just to be clear, fiber alone is $50/m for year 1 plus $200 gift card. Adding wireless brings the fiber cost down by $20/month. So essentially the wireless and 3 data-only line is $60/m. If you only need a wireless plan, you are probably better off by getting prepaid plans.
