SkeriDirect is the 3rd party seller at Walmart marketplace. They have a 52% five star, and 25% 1 star. Limited lifetime warrantee for some components. Several one star reviews indicate poor customer service, including electrical issues. SkeriDirect expects the customer to troubleshoot and order parts from SkeriDirect customer service to fix it. That includes any special tools, like a mutlimeter.
