FYI, I had very similar, and looking at the couple reviews of these, These do not just "come on" when power goes out. You need to unscrew them from where you have them, and screw them back into the lil base they come with. So you need to keep track of where those lil bases are, and remember which bulb is the rechargeable one.

Unfortunate, but that makes sense. How would the bulb know the difference between an outage versus turning off the switch?

A better design would be to also have a smart controller that plugs into an outlet. When they lose the signal from the smart controller, they'd know the power is out.
Manually unscrewing the bulb is a worthless design.
