Yes PCs with these specs have been hovering around this price for a while now saying they're on "sale". I just picked up the GMKTec version of this for the same price. Forecasts show more RAM and storage price hikes Q3 and Q4, so I decided to not put it off any further for a home server project.

GlobalFoundries 12nm, this is not a deal. first gen zen+, 4m L3. Vega gpu. This thing has no use in any situation. bad video decoding/encoding, poor single core performance, terrible power efficient.
