Same mobile suit but the quality difference even between HG(High Grade) to RG (Real Grade) is very noticeable in both material quality and smoothness of joints if you intend to pose them. MG (Master Grade as you would imagine is another leap up). If you don't have a lot of experience building or wanting to paint / display them HGs are fun to practice with for less "investment".
