Friendly heads-up for anyone jumping on this deal: be very careful with the hinge durability.

The microphone and overall audio quality on the BlackSharks are genuinely fantastic (arguably the best wireless mic in the business), but they suffer from a major, well-documented design flaw.

The plastic bracket/hinge that connects the metal headband forks to the ear cups is exceptionally thin and hollowed out to route internal wiring. Normal daily flexing from taking them on and off causes stress concentration right at that joint, and they are notorious for snapping in the exact same spot.

I loved the mic quality so much I went through three pairs before realizing it's a systemic engineering issue, not user error. If you decide to pick them up, just be extra gentle when stretching them over your head, or look into 3D-printed reinforced replacement brackets on Etsy/Thingiverse ahead of time!
