Beware - it's not what it claims. The title says IPL laser. There's no such thing. It's either IPL or laser, not both. Based on the price and skin criteria, I'm sure that this is the less effective IPL, not laser. I've tried IPL and it did nothing for my arms, chest and face. Didn't even slow the growth.
Just checked with Amazon's bot and it confirmed my suspicions: This is just IPL, which uses high intensity flashes of light. It's not laser, which is much more effective -- despite the bot's claim that they achieve similar results. Look it up. Here's what the bot said:

You're right to question that — it's a bit misleading! This device is IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), not a true laser. Here's the difference:
IPL uses broad-spectrum light (multiple wavelengths) to target hair follicles
Laser uses a single, focused wavelength of light
They achieve similar results (permanent hair reduction), but through different technology
The term "IPL Laser" in the title is a common (but technically inaccurate) marketing term used by many brands. The product's own description and A+ content consistently refer to it as IPL technology — including phrases like "How IPL Works" and "IPL hair removal."
So to be clear: the LUBEX Smart Hair Removal Device is an IPL device, not a laser.
