I'm not sure this is a great deal. This is the highest in 30 days on Amazon and on prime day it was $114.

It's better than the usual 180 price, but it tends to dip lower.

The 4K X was $180 for prime day and if you are going to wait, that might be a better value, depending on your needs.

This is pretty much a rebrand of the Elgato HD60 X which I currently own and I use it in combination w/ OBS to record screen capture footage for use in some of the videos I post for my YouTube channel and it def serves its purpose. However, there are times where it may give me a black/blank screen in OBS which will either require me to do some recalibration within the OBS app itself or do some troubleshooting altogether for my capture card to eventually get detected by Windows.

This is a good deal especially when I paid $130 for my HD60 X which is essentially a rebrand of this capture device. The only reason someone would need the 4K X is if they were intending to record screen capture footage at 4K/144 Hz, but the only issue you would run into if you were trying to upload the capture footage on YouTube is that 4K/60 Hz is the max you're able to upload on YouTube which was why I decided to forgo that option and stick w/ the HD60 X when I purchased mine Jan of last year.
