This comes with a bass drum pedal, headphones, and sticks that the other sites do not have. It's a frequent comment complaint that those other sites show pictures of the kit with a bass kick pedal that it doesn't include.

I take it back. Had to go to an external site to compare since Costco doesn't list the details well:

Different model with a different kick pad. Larger tom and snare pads. Plus an extra ride cymbal. It is a good deal.

Drum deals are one of the few things I can comment on with complete confidence here. Just a PSA for anyone looking at this deal that isnt into drumming: that pedal is junk tier and the headphones aren't listed so I'd assume it is also pretty bad. What are really getting is larger pads and an extra ride over the 07KDV. Parted out this would actually resell for about the same price or higher. Perfect price point for a good solid e kit. So pretty good deal but I'd set aside at least another $400-$500 for a better pedal and a good throne.

My recs would be to test some thrones and pedals in store like Guitar Center. The safe options would be an open box pork pie/roc n soc throne, open box/used DW5000 pedals, and some Audio Technica ATH-M50x's. The set will last for at least 10 years so might as well plan out now. I am using an old Roland TD11 and it was abused heavily before I bought it.

Edit: Please invest in a decent throne. Don't be like me and use an awful, unstable one for 5 years. The nice throne genuinely made a huge difference.

Not spitting on your callout, not everyone has this stuff or wants to find it, but headphones are plentiful in most houses, sticks are cheap, and I bought a used double kick off marketplace that is sure to be superior for like 120 (DW700) when I jumped on an Adorama deal a few years ago.

No worries and no offense taken. Just was pointing out the differences in the items. All good!

Thanks for the info. I've been debating an electronic kit for a while, so I'll keep your post information. Thanks!

I second this. Roc-N-Soc also makes a super comfy motorcycle seat throne if you prefer over the rounded Pork Pies.

Also, get some good ear cans. I personally use the Vic Firth headphones and I love them. 👍

Thank you for reminding me! I couldn't remember the brand Roc N Soc but I added it to my post. They make very nice thrones as well.
