Supposedly get 24 cans equivalent per bottle. They get with cost of carbonated cylinders. Which from soda steam directly are about $50 for 3 cylinders. Or you can buy an entirely new soda team machine for $70 and 3 cylinders and bottle included

You can buy some flavors in bib (bag in box) format, which is what restaurants generally use, but from my limited research, you generally need to use a higher ratio of syrup to water to get the same flavor, so the cost isn't as efficient as you may think.
