At this price I think the Mic Mini beats anything in this category. You can go more expensive mics but the sound quality improvements aren't noticable on a phone or tablet. Maybe on nicer computer speakers/headphones or home theaters.

I bought the $45 combo that doesn't include this larger receiver (a smaller usbc one instead) and the sound is great.
