This is equivalent to the QC45 right? I heard noice cancelling is not as good as the ultra but more comfortable to wear?

The QC45 is discontinued and was replaced by the very similar QuietComfort Headphones (just that, no number) in 2023. The only difference between the 2023 QC and this Costco version that the SC (= soft case) has no card case.

I have both the regular and the Ultras. I'd say you get about 90% of the ANC of the Ultra. I don't really notice a difference in comfort though, both very comfortable.
