I got this for $20 a month ago because I was baked and it looked like something that would be fun to do while watching TV. I'm a 265lb 41 year old man.

I can't speak to how good it is for fitness - it's kind of like half of a ski motion - It certainly doesn't do much compared to a regular treadmill. It turns out, it's awesome as something I just stand on and wobble about like a doofus while I'm on work from home calls or have some energy and don't want to sit on the couch.

Do I hide it in shame away from the public? Absofarkinlutely. Do I regret the $20 stoney-baloney balance board? Absolutely not.

I wonder if this would be good to pickup for my ACL surgery recovery... i am using bosu balls at PT and this seems similar
