I would never buy from WatchMaxx again. I have a Longines that needed service. They've had it for 20 months. Still not fixed. They keep blaming it on the part being backordered. Theres no end in sight. They've almost had it 25 percent of their two year warranty. I've had to loop in the BBB and NYs AG. If you've had no issues, great but God help you if you need warranty service. Run away

Did you ask for the part and call Longines service department to verify? U can (and I have) ordered parts directly from Longines. If they have, call out watchmax. If they don't, it's not their fault. Longines often times have parts on crazy long back order.
