I would never buy from WatchMaxx again. I have a Longines that needed service. They've had it for 20 months. Still not fixed. They keep blaming it on the part being backordered. Theres no end in sight. They've almost had it 25 percent of their two year warranty. I've had to loop in the BBB and NYs AG. If you've had no issues, great but God help you if you need warranty service. Run away

I don't have skin in the game here, but I'm only seeing one comment (I haven't searched on other threads at all for anything similar) - is one bad experience enough to say the merchant has a bad reputation here? Again, I could be wrong, i don't know anything of them, but I only see one negative comment about the merchant.
