Hellman's and Best Foods are the exact same product. One name EAST of the Rockies, the other name WEST.
The length of time it will last in the refrigerator all depends on the temperature of your refrigerator. I keep mine at 33°, so things last far longer than they would for someone who keeps their refrigerator at 40°. I also return things to the fridge fairly quickly after using. Milk will last me an extra week or more, because of the temp at which it's stored.
And remember, the "Best by date" is literally the date by which they still say it will taste the best. It does not magically go bad that date.
PS., Keep the fridge doors closed as much as possible to ensure everything stays good longer.. I know it's "DUHHH, Jim" but some people forget that.
What DO YOU call "Real" mayonnaise then, @EpicDealz ? Certainly NOT that garbage Miracle Whip, loaded with high fructose corn syrup?
