I went in to check out and maybe buy one of these three or four months ago and finally ascertained that these were former in-store display units. Upon checking the serial number on the one that they had it was determined that it had an in-service date three years prior, so it had been on at least 18hrs/day (probably 24) for well over a thousand days. For me that was a no-go, though I'm sure the panel had a lot of years left in it I just didn't feel like taking the chance.

Great speakers for its size.Doesn't support HDR and maxes out at 60Hz refresh rate, so less ideal for movie-watching or gaming. Apple doesn't typically embrace the bleeding edge of technology. Their deliberate and strategic adoption of OLED is probably the latest example of this.

I have this monitor and a 32inch LG gaming monitor that can switch from 4K/165Hz to HD/330Hz with a press of a button.
This one has far more utility than the 32in monitor for work. It has integrated power adaptor (big plus to keep everything tidy) and supplies power to my work laptop via thunderbolt cable. It has webcam, awesome speaker, and great mic all integrated (for Zoom calls). It packages all these inside one flat panel that can smoothly move up, down, tilt. It makes my workspace clean.
Sure, I scroll, but I don't read documents while scrolling. With your phone, you kind of have to constantly scroll while reading due to the limited space, but not here. It takes 10 seconds - 10 minutes before scrolling to the next page. No need for 120Hz for these.
