Desert added another component... that i dont feel is needed..Its like Uno vs Uno flip or whatever.
the base game is good, the extra mechanic isn't needed, just adds a little complexity but doesn't make it "better" in anyway
and no reason to get both. If you have a friend who already has island, sure get desert.
Next do Forbidden Dessert, a little harder and kids can still play it.
Forbidden Sky is on the harder side and one of my least favorites.
Not sure about For bidden Jungle, as I do not own the game and I have not played it yet... might have to get it at this price.
