Your response to everyone is to share a link to a 12 year old article that expresses one person's perspective? There's no large cohort study data or anything remotely close to evidence based on that site.

Meantime, I don't have to post links. If you want to have your eyes opened, there are many peer-reviewed journal articles about this topic. Skip the YouTube videos and subjective articles

I normally don't respond to trollish posts on here, but as a dude with heart disease I feel compelled to scold you. People like you can have whatever opinions you have, but to actively spread medical info and advice that you're likely not qualified to give is a whole other thing. Maybe you put so little value in your own info that you're comfortable spreading it, thinking "It won't hurt. Who's gonna listen anyway?". Maybe you're someone who insists they just know everything. Maybe you truly believe that a 12 year old "study" is the end-all/be-all when it comes to fish oil supplements. Maybe you just wanna be an edgy internet dweller, going against the grain. I dunno. Whatever the case may be, you're doing the internet a disservice by insistently yapping on here. My cardiologist, my cardiothoracic surgeon, my PCP, the multiple PA's and NP's I've had the privilege of visiting with since my 2025 surgery...they all disagree with you.

So...go elsewhere, K? Thanks.
