Not in my experience. It's a powerful anti-inflammatory and does wonders for joints and tendons.

Your response to everyone is to share a link to a 12 year old article that expresses one person's perspective? There's no large cohort study data or anything remotely close to evidence based on that site.

Meantime, I don't have to post links. If you want to have your eyes opened, there are many peer-reviewed journal articles about this topic. Skip the YouTube videos and subjective articles
