Agree though on the importance of reliable data. If you are buying a blood pressure cuff, check the list on validatebp.org to make sure you get one that has been independently tested for accuracy.

Not to be the annoying person correcting you, but you probably meant to say that diastolic (the lower number) has a cutoff of 80 for normal and the systolic (upper number) normal in the 2026 guidelines is less than 120 mmHg.
