I bought an open-box "good" on Friday for $1,316.99. It didn't have a stand or power cord, but that's ok.

Be weary of showroom display. They will clock over 4000 hours within a year at full brightness. One reason why I didn't go through with mine and just got the new one. I will keep it for 7-8 years. And they do free mounting with new.
