Be aware that VIP outlet sends everything, even $5 items with signature confirmation. Pretty big hassle for $10 items if you're not usually home when deliveries are made.

DVD still outsells Blu-ray and 4K discs. Every week or so, Media Play News releases a pie chart showing physical media broken down by format. I don't think I've seen Blu-ray and 4K outsell DVD more than a handful of times the last 10 years. Many people haven't bothered to upgrade their DVDs.

There are some tv shows where the Blu-ray is inferior to the dvd version. Other times when it provides no tangible benefits.
Early episodes of psych were filmed in a way that makes blu-ray pointless. The picture quality is just not great no matter how you cut it. In the case of Friends, the blu-ray version cut out a number of scenes that the DVDs kept.

Rarely inferior. Less space too. Man some of these DVD collections are out of control sometimes.
