I don't know if it makes any difference but it was the combo pack with two of them. Shipped from Cali and are already in FedEx possession.

Dont exceed voltage spec for the anker with the open circuit voltage of whatever panel setup you use. You can exceed the max power at under spec voltages, anker wont draw peak amps of the panels. If you exceed the max voltage you fry the unit.
