So, long story short, maybe yours is defective and needs to be exchanged. Or maybe it doesn't like your AC unit. Either way, I hope you get it sorted out. This seems like a great power station for the price!

Delta 2 max on the other hand outputs 2000W and 4800W surge. And has been pricing near $600 or even Lowe's sometimes this year.
Only reason I went with Anker over Amazon is because Affirm.com gave me 0% interests over 4 payments vs Amazon 7% interest at 6 payments. Looking back I could have just bought it outright because the way it's going, it will be paid off before it's delivered.
