This and the omnivore version of the same appear close to their regular price, and both list just 38k btu instead of the 60k I'd expect.

I have this one, I do not recommend it. I wish I got the 60K BTU one instead. It's ok for pancakes and even burgers, but it doesn't get hot enough to get a great sear, you get an uneven cooking temp surface. It also is very difficult to season due to no getting hot enough. I had to add an external propane torch to finish all the sections.
