seems like an ok deal, how big a deal is the 4gb ram?
its not very usuable if you plan on more than just youtube or netflix, i ended up giving it to my neighbor's 6 year old. my old ipad 7th gen was much speedier and handle ram management better. its decent for what it is, i ended up finding a used ipad mini 6 256gb for $180 on mercari and it's excellent with the new update.
i keep this in the kitchen - its nothing special, but as a cookbook its fine. got my kindle cookbooks and onenote recipe book on here. you could watch some youtube if you want but you arent going to multitask or do much more than some basic reading on this thing.
i prefer it over a kindle tablet - i used to have those and amazon updates often conflicted with various apps. at least this is just android.
If you notice I am looking for 8GB of RAM (actual RAM... ignore virtual RAM) and at least as fast as a G99 CPU. I feel you need these two things if you want a cheap FUNCTIONABLE tablet...
The biggest difference between what I am recommending and Lenovo's or Samsung's or Amazon's is that the tablets I recommend have almost no bloatware and no spyware... Lenovo, Samsung and Amazon have a TON of bloatware and spyware. Also there are other issues with Amazon such as it runs Android 11 or 12 underneath it's Fire OS.

Mediatek G99 is slightly better, but they're both booty.
