Is it really that bad? I have one if the original models that also flips up and we love it for many of those functions.

Same price with Costco model which has 10 in 1 functionality and extra broil rack. My experience with the Costco oven is great, accurate and easy to use.

Had this and got rid of it. The heating elements are on the bottom, making it a real pain to clean unless you block most of the air circulation, which deafeats the point of it.
