If not for that "free" 2nd battery I wouldn't touch this deal. Hard to believe that they would sell a combo blower and trimmer with a single 2Ah battery. Marketing gimmick IMO to get customers to bite because they see "free" when they should have been getting a 4Ah battery to begin with.

Agreed. The one thing I'll say is unless you're trimming a huge area, you'll only use about 1/4 to 1/2 of battery.

Much rather have 2 2ah. That is a lot of extra weight to carry around.

Brilliant logic. So you would rather work harder for 30 min than walk 30 seconds to get a cool fresh battery in the middle of the job? Plus, what happens if/when the battery fails. No backup. Not to mention the fact you have to STOP WORKING to charge the 4ah when it depletes, whereas the 2nd 2ah could be charging during your use of the 2nd one.
