I got the 1170 one last time. Great tool with lots of power. Big and heavy though.

I use it for everything my Milwaukee M12 Stubby doesn't do (which isn't much).

Good weekend warrior impact. I have the non-brushless model that's a few years old. Does everything I need it to do. Primarily use it for quickly removing lugnuts and mower blades. They have these deals every holiday season, so if you sleep on this, you should be OK. You'll have another opportunity soon.

Good find! But I think most people will be happier with smaller version unless they're working on farm equipment and heavy duty diesels. (I say this as someone who has the 1170ft/lb version and usually grabs my milwuakee m12 250ftlb impact for everything unless my dad needs help with his tractor. )

Funny that this popped up today. I just opened my P262 from a prior deal yesterday. It has been sitting on my shelf for months. I tried using it to remove lug nuts on my truck (torqued to 150 ftlb) and they didn't budge. I stopped after a couple tries since I didn't have impact sockets and was using a 1/2 -> 3/8 adapter... regardless I was expecting better performance. My model is rated for 600 ftlb breakaway but it would make me hesitant to have anything lighter duty.

I have the same mid torque p262 and it's an overkill for anything I do as a weekend warrior working on my car. You should have no trouble removing truck lug nuts if you are using a 4Ah or larger battery and are not using an adapter. The p262 probably has enough torque to crack the 3/8 non-impact rated sockets.

I remember just a couple years ago the 600 ft/lbs of torque one, including a 4AH battery was $99.
Inflation is insane.
Better off getting a 600 ft/lbs of torque one.
If you're looking for something to use in very tight areas, like behind the brakes....a milwaukee stubby (even smaller) with low profile sockets have been a lifesaver. It has the same power of 275 ft./lbs. of torque.
