$99. Picked one up. Won't use it frequently, but it seems to be useful for some very specific things.

That one doesn't come with a charger or bag, fwiw, in case someone is buying their first tool. Potentially, a 3ah battery is otherwise better value. There's some debate and claims that the XR is better performing for longer use over the Atomic and has a speed selector switch, but seems the differences are minimal in most real-world scenarios.

Just bought for $99, will be delivered tomorrow. Have been needing one for a specific handyman job for F-I-L, timing is perfect, extra batteries all the better!!!

Right. Which is why I mentioned that the differences between the Atomic and XR are minimal in the real world.

Seems like a pretty good deal, for Dewalt's Max XR model. I see mostly their Atomic model on sale for $99 several times a year, either Home Depot or Amazon. Note, I don't know what the difference between the Max XR and Atomic lines are. But when I was researching impact drivers, the Atomic impact driver had more criticism than the Max XR impact driver. I had to read the comments to figure out the battery is 2.0 amp. I have a Dremel corded multi-tool, it is very handy. Cordless is very convenient.
