Yes, and players are supporting those updates by buying the same game over and over on every console and paying for the DLC. You might have a point if the new content was free.

Nintendo will continue to offer the same dead horse if their customers continue to pay full price to beat it.

The real beauty of Nintendo is that they have 4? 5? generations of Super Mario for $60, and I'll still buy em.
