The "details" (i.e. terms and conditions) on the promotional Kohls' Cash says "limit of 6 per transaction." So I would assume you can.

Did it expire 7/11? Tell them you couldn't get to the store until today and ask if you can still use it? I've had luck with that before.

The Cyber promo Kohl's Cash has no grace period. It has been coming up on the app as expiring on 7/12 so YMMV on a store honoring it.
