For what it's worth, I've seen 4 deals on these across the past several months, and it seems like the price is ~$6 per 4.7 cups of storage. So this is consistent with past deals.

I'd buy these if I wanted exactly this set. It's probably okay to wait for another deal if you'd rather have a different combination.

Off the top of my head:

$18 @ Walmart for 3x 4.7-cup = $6.00 per 4.7 cups
$18 @ Walmart for 8-cup and 2x 3.2-cup = $5.88 per 4.7 cups
$29.01 @ Amazon for 6x 3.2-cup and 2x 2-cup = $5.88 per 4.7 cups
$25.49 @ Target for 8-cup and 2x 4.7-cup and 2x 1.3-cup = $5.99 per 4.7 cups

for reference, a recent deal https://slickdeals.net/f/15799042-16-piece-rubbermaid-brilliance-glass-storage-set-29-free-shipping?src=frontpage was $29 for 16 pieces (8 cups with lids) and had 2x 2-cup and 6x 3.2-cup

i think this deal is pretty comparable to that one and may be even better if you want the sizes more.

The whole Brilliance line is microwaveable, AFAIK, hence the vents on the lids. I've got the plastic/plastic models and I really like them. The glass (bottom) version is enticing. It's a shame these products are so hit-or-miss and the versions change so much that you seem to never know what you're getting, which must be by the manufacturer's design. Their incentive generally is to sell a good product, build up its name and then cut corners and degrade the product to save money. It's very frustrating and environmentally terrible.

If it's brilliance, the lids are interchangeable between glass and plastic containers if the same size container.

I just returned the set from the last slick deal. The lids don't click and lock into place. If you're packing a lunch and plan to travel with it, the lid will pop off

Pyrex=soda lime glass (not as heat resistant but shatters in large chunks

Rubbermaid brilliant=borosilicate glass (heat resistant, shatters into tiny little pieces but less likely to in comparison with soda line glass)

never never microwave with lid on. even if they say its microwavable. save yourself the headache down the road.

the rubber seal will go bad if you microwave with lid on (which is a bad idea anyway, because food to be to air out while being in there). just put a napkin on top when at work, our just have it open at home

Thank you! This is much better for me as it has smaller, more useful containers while also being cheaper.
