Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Just curious is anybody actually winning anything after everything came back online? or they just opened it up with no prizes. Hardly any win reports on the main thread or other contests forums with no winners. I hope this is not another happy hour disaster (won a prize on week 1 and that's it, rest went to the low life losers). Been doing my daily play with my family and so far we cannot win with 30,000 ticket prizes (hopefully plenty of days left we get at least one win), Coke really needs to either up their security, the current admin is a pure joke and failed miserably during the happy hour promo where most the prizes were leaked, I feel this program will eventually die if nothing is done every new promo that comes up lately is getting worse and worse in terms of winning and just going to you know who..... It's just getting so boring with this instant win crap, would have been nice if they did some normal old fashioned drawings this time around like last year, at least I won something. They should really add things like some puzzle games or even on one site I saw you have to hold your mouse in a certain postion for anti-b0t measures, there is so much potential that can be added espeically on the app and site and we would probably see way more winner, but coke and DJA have deaf ears and don't give a crap, coke really went down the drain. Out of all the years that I played coke since they had cap codes this must be the worst year in terms of win for me for the amount of prizes they were giving out, such a shame what happened to this program lot's of things can be added and improved in terms of security like other sweepstakes sites already have. Basic things like using Cloudflare and ReCaptcha are just basics they can use at least.

Yeah Olympic gear arrived and to Debbie Downers it was good quality. Just waiting for the bombers jacket/coat to arrive. Only drawback is all white for the majority…gonna get dirty real quick.😳

Was it the same account you already won on?(though it says you can win weekly).

The account lock reports have been going since it started.

The basic questions would be:
Are you still locked out? And have you tried other current promos after? If so have you tried going to an expired promo to sign in as magnest noted helps that sometimes?

Are you playing multiple accounts especially more than 5-6 from the same device in a back to back fashion?

Are you linking and unlinking phone numbers constantly? I have seen phone numbers a year+ ago revert back to the original after unlinking and linking and trying to leave it on the 2nd. My family stopped that practice.

Info I have noticed lately:

A. The football page makes my family click log in after having been logged in already opening it in the same tab or even in a new tab.

B. Scrolling to the bottom of the football game page it keeps your request for email updates, :"Cheers Your In".

The FANTA AMC page does not remember that you already requested email notification, as in it seems to not be logging info into the server.

I know everyone's answer is usually I'm only playing 5 accounts but that seem to the magic number when we know many play for their household, family outside the household, made up names and various non-carrier internet phone numbers.

Not pointing you in particular or saying this is the case with the lock message just trying to access the possible scenario of why or how.

Prizes are not being logged into the system, but keeping the promo page open atm so C0KE/DJA can watch account activity, log in habits, for linking/unlinking, devices used and the accounts using them + their info aka addresses & for any things like the accounts are signed in at certain times everyday and rapidly(that is how the past two Microsoft Rewards major bans has happened to accounts the previous two waves).

I get this message occasionally in recent contests, but all is good if I go to the main Coca-Cola site and sign in, then go to the direct contest link. HTH!

My family has never got that message so far, 6 accounts across two households, some have used the same device iPad, Samsung Android Tablet or a Win11PC on my home Wi-Fi I broadcast via range extender on 1 GIG fiber optic.

I'm using an iPhone 12 via data and home Wi-Fi. Another Family member using it for the +One promotion too.

I'm trying to figure out how this message of "locked" get prompted in the first place. I have even messed up playing after my early morning poor sleep situation forgetting I played in the AM then playing later in the PM when I enter other daily routine bookmarked contests entries.
