If the catalina for the pizzas doesnt come off is there a web site to complain or investigate or do you have to deal with SR CS?

Do you mean if the catalina coupon doesn't work when scanned?

Actually meant the coupon catalina didnt print out at time of the deal purchase but saw in this forum a catalina thread and went to their site and uploaded my receipt and made a claim
Also I had the digital coupon attached to my SR card which would make the pizzas drop to 1.99 each but on CPK pepperoni they rang up 7.99 with 1 dollar instantly deducted and then 3 dollar each came off at end but the digital never came off. Fortunately the store mgr walked by and I explained him the situation and he said take off the other 6 dollars.This made the pizzas 1.99 but I doubt had anything to do with digital not coming off because it usually comes off immediately at end and it didnt

Couldn't resist and got the 4 DiGiorno supreme. All $3 DQ and $5DQ came off fine. Thanks all for the reports. Catalina printed with no problem.Also got TJMax/Marshalls/etc variable GC $50. The code didn't print on the bottom. I had a great cashier who noticed and said that yesterday someone got Wayfair and it also didn't print. He asked manager and then wrote on the receipt that there should be $10 but didn't know the code.
Would someone please look at your receipt and let me know what the code is for next week? thanks.

Did anyone get their cat from the S/R promo that ran from 12/8 to 12/28 for X wyb Y (mine was $15 wyb $150)?

I had it with GCs but did get it or hear anything about it.

I got the Cat notice earlier in the month about the promo, but my transactions on Sat 12/28 did not produce the $15. Mine too, was supposed to be $15/$150.

So this means all this week the cat deal will work?
Isnt it interesting when you do the offer within the timeframe and yet catalina responds stating your purchase made on 12/30 was outside the time frame of 12/2/-12/29 while someone else here bought pizzas on same day and their catalina printed no problems!!! So I called the 888 number in rejection email and they opened the case for further review but couldnt confirm immediately an offer exists 12/30 to 1/26/20 and this is in the supposedly days of computers and high tech. Go figure
